Amendment #224 to H3400

Updating the Safe Insurance Driver Plan

Representatives Howitt of Seekonk, Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the number “2,000” in lines 157, 161, 175, and 195, and inserting, in each instance so appearing, the following figure “3,000.”.
