Amendment #226 to H3400

Sunshine Disclosures

Representatives Poirier of North Attleborough, Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XX. Section 6B of Chapter 268A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, at the end thereof, the following:-

All disclosures made pursuant to this section shall be filed at the end of each application in order to facilitate accessibility for public inspection.".
