Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill by inserting in Section 2 of line item 7003-1206 the following:

"provided that the same amount authorized in item 7003-1206 in Section 34 of Chapter 118 of the Acts of 2013 shall be expended for the Urban League of Springfield, Inc."
