Reviewing CCA Wood Preservative Usage

Mr. Cantwell of Marshfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 4510-0600, the following item:

"4510-xxxx For the department of public health bureau of environmental health to determine, in consultation with the department of environmental protection, if there is any discernible effect of chromated copper arsenate wood pilings commonly used in coastal piers, docks, and airports on municipal and/or private drinking water supplies.....100,000"
