Lowell Public Park Preservation

Representatives Mom of Lowell, Golden of Lowell and Nangle of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by adding the following text: "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for open space improvements in the city of Lowell".
