Armistice Homestead in the City of Leominster

Mr. Rosa of Leominster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0250, by adding the following: ", including the maintenance and operation of homeless shelters and transitional housing; provided further that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to Armistice Homestead in the City of Leominster for services to medically fragile and terminally ill elderly veterans; and provided further that veteran homeless service centers shall receive a 5% increase in funding over the funds received in fiscal year 2015"; and in said item by striking out the figures "2,821,629" and inserting in place thereof the figures "3,121,629".
