Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB)

Mr. Rosa of Leominster moves to amend the bill by adding after Section 75 the following new section:

"Section X.  To require the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to allow the payment of Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) expenses for active school department employees to be counted as expenses for net school spending compliance calculations".
