Health Insurers to Pay for ADF Opioids Beginning on July 1, 2015, Eliminating the Gap in Coverage

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

"SECTION X:  Notwithstanding section 45 of Ch. 258 of the Acts of 2014 or any special or general law to the contrary, all abuse deterrent opioid drug products as defined in section 7(d) of chapter 258 of the Acts of 2014 shall be eligible for reimbursement by all health insurance plans by July 1, 2015."
