cleanup of lead contamination and remediation of land at the West Barnstable Conservation Area

Mr.  Mannal of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2260-8870, in line 3, by inserting after the word “Laws” the following:

“provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended from the hazardous waste clean up program to the Town of Barnstable for the cleanup of lead contamination and the remediation of land at the West Barnstable Conservation Area"
