Rehabilitation of Red Bridge

Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item  1595-6368, in line 4, by inserting after the word "Laws" the following:   ", notwithstanding that $1,900,000 will be expended for the rehabilitation of the Ludlow-Wilbraham Red Bridge, also known as the East Street Bridge, which spans the Chicopee River between the towns of Wilbraham and Ludlow.”
