Amendment #293 to H3400

CASA

Representatives Scibak of South Hadley, Rogers of Cambridge, Puppolo of Springfield, DiZoglio of Methuen, Cole of Peabody, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Hill of Ipswich, Keefe of Worcester, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Fox of Boston, Khan of Newton, Durant of Spencer, Madaro of Boston, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Ashe of Longmeadow, Mark of Peru, Coppinger of Boston, Kocot of Northampton, Moran of Boston and Devers of Lawrence move to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 0337-0002, by adding the following new language:-

provided further that no less than $186,000 shall be expended for the Hampden County CASA , no less than $186,000 shall be expended for the Worcester County CASA, no less than $175,000 shall be expended for the Essex County CASA program, no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Boston CASA, no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Franklin/Hampshire County CASA, and no less than $52,500 shall be expended for the Berkshire County CASA.
