MassHealth Adult Dental Restoration

Representatives Scibak of South Hadley, Rogers of Cambridge, Puppolo of Springfield, DiZoglio of Methuen, Chan of Quincy, Madden of Nantucket, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Toomey of Cambridge, Linsky of Natick, Khan of Newton, Ultrino of Malden, Keefe of Worcester, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Fox of Boston, Barber of Somerville, Ashe of Longmeadow, Mark of Peru, Coppinger of Boston, Cantwell of Marshfield, Dwyer of Woburn, Kocot of Northampton, Galvin of Canton, Sánchez of Boston, Pignatelli of Lenox, Tosado of Springfield, Devers of Lawrence, Brodeur of Melrose, Peake of Provincetown and Peisch of Wellesley move to amend the bill in in Section 2, in item 4000-0700, by adding at the end thereof the following "; provided further that no less than $51,693,162 shall be expended for dental services for adults that were included in its state plan or demonstration program in effect on January 1, 2002, and the dental services that were covered for adults in the MassHealth basic program as of January 1, 2002."  and by striking out the figures “$2,491,392,092” and inserting in the place thereof the figures “$2,543,085,254”
