Amendment #299 to H3400

DCR/Central Plymouth County Water District Commission

Representatives Calter of Kingston, Cutler of Duxbury and Cantwell of Marshfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 be allocated for the Central Plymouth County Water District Commission for the improvement and management of lakes and ponds in Central Plymouth County Water District ”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$4,498,076” and inserting in place thereof the figures “4,548,076”.
