Amendment #319 to H3400

Mr. Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill, in section 2, by inserting after item 7504-0100 the following item:-

"7504-0102  For Cape Cod Community College to secure proper space and equipment to support an FAA-certified Airframe and Power Plant Program that any unexpended funds up to $1,950,000 appropriated for this item in fiscal year 2015 shall not revert but shall be made available for the purposes of this item until January 1, 2017;"
