Tidal turbine test site

Mr. Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill, in section 2, by inserting after item 7006-1003 the following item:-

"7006-XXXX  For the Marine Renewable Energy Collaborative of New England, Inc. (MRECo) to design, permit, construct, install, maintain, and remove a tidal turbine test site in the Cape Cod Canal...........................$150,000."
