Growler Filling

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section: -

"SECTION XX.  Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission shall permit all licensed brewers in the Commonwealth to fill all bottles, jugs, or other containers which can hold up to 100 ounces of beer if said container was purchased for the purpose of holding alcoholic beverages from any licensed craft beer brewer, wholesaler, or importer.”
