Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7027-0019, in line 28, by inserting after “productively on the job” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $300,000 be expended for Bottom Line to provide college transition and college retention services for low-income or aspiring first-generation college students;” and in said item by striking out the figures, “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures, “$1,300,000”
