Retirement Board Contracts

Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX: Chapter 32, section 23b of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 official edition, is hereby amended in line 233 of section (k), subsection (6), paragraph (i), by striking out the figure “5” and inserting in place thereof the figure “10”."
