Amendment #349 to H3400

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 8900-0001, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Family Services Center, Inc. to provide youth development services for youth, pre-k to eighteen years of age, providing a drop-in center, and engaging in a comprehensive approach to youth development and good civil citizenship preparedness, including college tours.”
