Springfield Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7004-3036, in line 17, by inserting after the word “services” the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Springfield Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc., to provide housing counseling, technical assistance to neighborhood organizations, foreclosure prevention, and financial literacy training.”
