Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0330-0300, by striking out the figures "$225,379,650" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$234,846,534"; and in said item, in line 13, by inserting after the word "commonwealth" the following:--"provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the costs of eight additional specialty court sessions."
