Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 8100-0111, in line 9, by inserting after the word “to,” the following: “Community-based and culturally relevant;” and in line 28, by inserting after the word “police,” the following: “nor for overtime pay for police in departments consisting of more than forty members.”
