Floor Amendment

Mr. Miceli of Wilmington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in section 7004-0099, by adding the following;

"provided, however, that not less than $750,000 be expended for the purpose of preserving and rehabilitating the Whitfield School, a historic landmark in the town of Wilmington"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$7,802,359" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$8,552,359".
