Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX.  Chapter 221 of the Generals Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition,  is hereby amended in Section 7 by striking out the following words:- 'of the several counties except Suffolk'”.
