Amendment #376 to H3400

An Act relative to reducing the sales tax to 5%

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill by adding the following 2 sections:-

“SECTION XX. Section 2 of Chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the figure “6.25” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 5.

SECTION XY. Section 2 of Chapter 64I of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the figure “6.25” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 5.”
