Amendment #389 to H3400

for the Barnstable County Substance Abuse Task Force's Opiate Drug Abuse Prevention Education Activities

Mr.  Mannal of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by inserting after the word "services," the following:

“provided that no less than $100,000 be expended to the Barnstable County Substance Abuse Task Force for opiate drug abuse prevention education activities in Barnstable County;" and in said item by striking out the figures "$97,075, 501" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$97,175,501".
