Aquatic Nuisance

Mr. Fennell of Lynn moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2310-0200 by inserting after the word “program” the following:-: “provided further, that no less than $60,000 shall be expended for aquatic nuisance control in Sluice Pond, Flax Pond, and the Floating Bridge Pond in the city of Lynn" and in said item by striking the figure “$14,311,692” and inserting in place thereof the following figure “$14,371,692.”
