Mr. Fennell of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following: “provided further that no less than $5,000 shall be expended on waterfowl nuisance management for Flax Pond in the city of Lynn” and by striking out the figures “$41,268,533” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$41,273,533”
