Prescription Drug Monitoring Program Amendment

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 4510-0710, in line 21, by inserting after the words “prescription drug monitoring data sharing” the following:--

“, which shall include the use of advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to focus on fraud , anomaly detection, predictive modeling to examine how future decisions may impact the population and trends,”
