Mr. Fennell of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900 by inserting after the word “commonwealth” the following: “provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Grand Army of the Republic Historical Museum in Lynn,” and by striking out the figures “$6,146,956”and placing at  the end thereof the figures “$6,246,956.”
