Amendment #426 to H3400

Stone Soul Annual Community Festival

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 0640-0300, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Stone Soul, Inc., to implement the Stone Soul Annual community Festival in Springfield, and to provide culturally relevant recreational activities for at-risk youth, by collaborating with organizations providing after school programs.”
