Amendment #43 to H3400

Flexibility for community corrections programs administered by the Office of Community Corrections

Mrs. Campbell of Methuen moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX.  The first sentence of section 3.(a) of chapter 211F as so appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “offender” the following words “, including any inmate or detainee awaiting trial while held in custody at a county correctional facility,”."
