Amendment #432 to H3400

An act relative to the Solomon Post 8819

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0018, by adding the following:- “; provided, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for the Solomon Post for Veterans of Foreign Wars in the town of Billerica for environmental clean-up, mitigation costs, and other club operations”;

and in said item by striking out the figures “$690,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$815,000”.
