Franklin and Hampshire Counties Diaper Bank

Ms. Story of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0101, by inserting the following:- "; provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended for a pilot program to establish a diaper bank in Franklin and Hampshire counties”.
