Representatives Sannicandro of Ashland, Gordon of Bedford, Khan of Newton, O'Day of West Boylston, Rogers of Cambridge, Scibak of South Hadley and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7027-0019, in line 28, by inserting after the words “productively on the job” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $150,000 be expended for Bottom Line to provide college transition and college retention services for low-income or aspiring first-generation college students;” and in said item by striking out the figures, “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures, “$1,150,000”
