Amendment #463 to H3400

Approval of Town Insurance Appropriations

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 53 of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 13, the words “twenty thousand dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following:-  one hundred thousand dollars.”
