Amendment #464 to H3400

Public Safety and Open Space Improvements to Parks in the city of Lowell

Representatives Golden of Lowell, Mom of Lowell and Nangle of Lowell move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following:

“provided further, that $500,000 shall be expended for public safety and open space improvements to parks in the city of Lowell, said enhancements may include design, construction, repair, or improvements, for the purposes of increasing physical safety, improving accessibility, and promoting walkability.”
