Representatives Sannicandro of Ashland, Calter of Kingston, Cole of Peabody, Cullinane of Boston, Cusack of Braintree, Cutler of Duxbury, Decker of Cambridge, Dwyer of Woburn, Dykema of Holliston, Fox of Boston, Garballey of Arlington, Gordon of Bedford, Heroux of Attleboro, Kafka of Stoughton, Khan of Newton, O'Day of West Boylston, Provost of Somerville, Puppolo of Springfield, Rogers of Cambridge, Scibak of South Hadley, Moran of Lawrence, Toomey of Cambridge and Tosado of Springfield move to amend the bill in Section 2 by inserting after item 7003-0606 the following item:

"7003-0607 For the commonwealth corporation for an employment training program for unemployed young adults with disabilities; provided, that funds shall be awarded competitively by the commonwealth corporation to community-based organizations with recognized success in creating strong collaborations with employers to consider young adults with disabilities; provided further, that a community-based organization that receives funding under this item shall provide extensive training and internship programming and ongoing post-placement support for participants and employers … $500,000”
