Amendment #497 to H3400

Reimbursements for expenses incurred due to the housing and transportation of federal detainees

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 8910-0188 by adding, after the word, "reimbursements" the following new language:

"for the purposes of housing and transportation of federal detainees"

and by striking out the figures "2,500,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "2,950,000."
