Representatives Campbell of Methuen and Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for renovations at Nicholson Stadium at Methuen High School in the City of Methuen”.
