Transportation of Special Education Students

Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7061-9400, striking the language thereof and replacing it with the following, “For reimbursements to school districts for the transportation of special education students; provided that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the commonwealth’s obligation shall not exceed the amount appropriated in this item…..$23,920,227
