Mrs. Campbell of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended on the City of Haverhill for design and purchase of land to extend the Haverhill Rail Trail to Georgetown”.
