Amendment #530 to H3400

Massachusetts Food Trust

Representatives Donahue of Worcester, Schmid of Westport, O'Day of West Boylston, Khan of Newton, Cullinane of Boston, Smizik of Brookline, Honan of Boston, Hunt of Boston, Ayers of Quincy, Hecht of Watertown, Lawn of Watertown, Madaro of Boston, Puppolo of Springfield, Decker of Cambridge, Vega of Holyoke, Kafka of Stoughton, Moran of Lawrence and Malia of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0300, in line number 3, by inserting after “industries” the following: “provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts food trust program established pursuant to section 65 of chapter 23A of the general laws”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,737,940" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,237,940".
