Abuse Deterrent Formulation

Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill, by adding at the end thereof the following new section:

SECTION ##.  Chapter 258 of the Acts of 2014 is hereby amended by adding the following section:

SECTION 47.  For the purposes of this act, until the drug formulary commission created in section 2 of this act is appointed, any schedule II to IV medication that has been approved by the united states food and drug administration to have abuse deterrent formulation labeling shall be considered to be an abuse deterrent medication for the purposes of this act.
