Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900 by adding the following: “provided that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for new artificial turf field at King Philip High School in the town of Wrentham”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$6,146,956” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$6,646,956”. in section 2, line item 1410-0012, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than the amount of $300,000 shall be expended to the Veterans First Outreach Center c/o Springfield Chapter 0102 National Association for Black Veterans, Inc., to provide outreach services for Veterans in Hampden County.  This area of services shall include veterans from World War II through Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans’, who are in need of ongoing Veterans outreach services.”
