Amendment #560 to H3400

relative to public access to sex offender information

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, DeCoste of Norwell, Lombardo of Billerica and Mirra of West Newbury move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XXXX. Section 178J of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “a”, in line 44, the following words: level 1,.”
