Reimburse community who houses charter school

Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7061-9010, after the last line insert the following, “The community which houses the charter school shall be reimbursed  an additional 5%  for the provision of public safety personnel and traffic mitigation funds…..by striking out the figures  $76,860,000 and inserting in place thereof figures $78,860,000.
