Amendment #587 to H3400

MBTARF open meetings law

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton and Diehl of Whitman moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XXXX.  Section 18 of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the words “and the MBTA Retirement Fund” after the words “any part thereof”."
