Amendment #597 to H3400

For the Office of the State Climatologist

Representatives Smizik of Brookline, Provost of Somerville, Rogers of Cambridge, Hecht of Watertown, Khan of Newton, Livingstone of Boston, Cutler of Duxbury and Decker of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 2000-1011 the following item:

“2000-1207

For the office of the state climatologist; provided, that not later than September 30, 2015, the office shall report to the executive office of energy and environmental affairs, the chancellor of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, the executive office for administration and finance and the house and senate committees on ways and means detailing the planned activities of the office in fiscal year 2016…….$200,000”.
