Family Resource Centers

Representatives Donato of Medford, Schmid of Westport, Vega of Holyoke and Ultrino of Malden move to amend the bill, in section 2, by inserting after item 4000-0050, the following new item:- “4000-0051 For the establishment and operation of family resource centers to provide community-based services to families, including families with children requiring assistance and to provide a mechanism to the juvenile court to refer families to community-based services pursuant to section 16U of chapter 6A of the General Laws and section 39E of chapter 119 of the General Laws………….$2,500,000”.
